Having worked internationally as a journalist, teacher and as a therapist, my interest has always been in people.

My observation is that often our greatest sadness and frustration lies in the misunderstandings we have about ourselves and about others.

When we gain insight into the ways our minds and bodies work, we can unlock strengths within ourselves that will help us change unhelpful choices, habits and relationships.

My Approach

Most of my clients understand where their challenges lie, they’re just not sure how to deal with them.

My hope is to offer the space and safety you need to look at the different pieces that make up your puzzle.

Once we have a better understanding of what is happening, we can work together to choose and use the strategies you need to move forward.
